Allied Telesis provides integrated business security platform with cloud-based UTM firewall

Allied Telesis, a global leader in connectivity solutions and intelligent networking tools, enables flexible UTM (Unified Threat Management) firewall deployment to support today’s cloud-first environment with the launch of the AR4000S-Cloud virtual appliance.

The AR4000S-Cloud is designed to help businesses improve their remote working capabilities while ensuring data privacy and security. This enables safe communication between virtual network bases and branch offices, as well as providing seamless user access to online resources and office-based business applications when working from home or travelling. It supports on-premise Windows HyperV Server and VMware, and on the public cloud environment; Amazon Web Services (AWS). In the future, VirtualBox virtual environments and Microsoft Azure public cloud environments will be supported.
